Toyota Financial Allows Fraud
I calld to get and extention on a vehicle I put in my name for my brother. I was told the extention was denied.
I asked why. Then I was told that I already had 2 for the year. I asked to see the paperwork where I signed for these extentions and was told i would have to file suit or get a subpoena to receive documents that supposedly i signed earlier this year. I spoke with this company December last year and made them aware of everything going on with this account.
I asked that they make it harder for my brother and his girlfriend to get into the account. I told them do not allow any extentions and yet they did to the very people who refused to pay the note, my brother and his girlfriend.
Now that have taking the car and caught up the account I the one reponsible for this debt and whos credi9t is being destroyed cannot receive the documents needed to clear up this issue. I need help I have done what is expected of me but noone is allowing the help I need to get my credit back on track but are allowing fradulant transactions against me.
Reason of review: Fraud on my account.
Monetary Loss: $17000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I liked: Vehicle.
I didn't like: Fraud.

Are you serious?!?
You actually put a car in your name for someone who couldn't get it on their own and then are mad at the lender?
Get Real!!
This is ALL ON YOU for being silly enough to do this for them.
The company doesn't owe you one extension much less two or more.
That's strictly a courtesy. If you're now claiming fraud by your brother, toss him under the bus and file charges against him.
If you don't, they won't take you seriously. Thanks for the lesson on what not to do for family or friends who don't have the credit to do stuff for themselves.
What you're saying is YOU freely admit to committing fraud by engaging in a STRAW PURCHASE scheme but the lender is the bad guy, right? What a high class individual!
And this why the Agents does not take some customers seriously that are doing the right things because of fradulent people like you. Toyota does not owe you anything smh
