I have been a customer with Toyota for 4 years and have had many problems with their customer service, each time I have spoken to someone they have been either extremely rude or incompetent as far as their job title was concerned. I recently have fallen on some hard times due to the fact that I lost my job under unforeseen circumstances and had recently tried to make a payment with my account, yet another annoyance with Toyota because apparently you can no longer pay with your debit or credit card.

I made the payment saw the payment go through my account and the next day it was returned for in sufficient funds because an unexpected vendor took money out before them which if I could pay with my debit card this all would have been avoided.. Anyway I assumed it would be no problem I explain to Toyota they would understand being a loyal customer.. Boy was I wrong, they are the most unsympathetic, non understanding, company I have ever experienced..

My father brought me up to love Toyota due to my experiences I will never purchase another car from them.. Extremely dissatisfied

That's horrible I've had a bad experience with Toyota as well they messed up my credit by putting a credit marker on it that was not accurate of course I tried to dispute it to no avail.. So sorry for your troubles.
