Ok, I'm buying my tundra 2014 after lease ends and the bank I'm financing the vehicle through has been trying to get a copy of the title that Toyota has. They've been giving us the round around for unbelievably awhile telling us different stories every call.

Not only are there customer service horrible, they are seriously deceitful as I brought my vehicle for oil changes which they didn't do after checking. I now do my own oil change.

I would waist your time with long details but simply put the have a suit coming and I'll never do business with them again. They are seriously horrible!!!!
