So I get a call today that I didn’t make a payment on my loan and my girlfriends calling that Toyota called her. I talk to the customer service rep and tell her I sent my payment 7 days before it was due through my bank.

So by this time I’m almost 15 days late.I read out the account number and the address and she says that’s not their address.I was like WTH are you talking about it’s on your website and she says it’s not it’s a different address and I had to drag my bank into this conversation and she keeps on insisting that it’s the wrong address. So my bank cancels the check and I ended up talking to a supervisor and he tells me yeah it’s not the right address but the one I had was on their website also.Im like WTF does that mean what is that address for then if you guys have it on your website to send payment and not receive it for he says I don’t know.

I told him what happens if someone else does the same thing I did he didn’t seem to care. So frustrated talking to them did not know WTF was going on and didn’t have the care in the world.

To grown ups, that makes you sound stupid. No wonder they didn't want to take your word for it.Why didn't you just do a screen print of the address you used, the URL and go from there?

There's a reason they keep telling you the same thing. Go back and check it before you do the same thing again.
