Toyota Financial - My ScionTC 2012 was declared a Total Loss on April 25 by Allstate Insurance Company. My agent and insurance adjuster has contacted them and they were issued a check on that date. As of May 7, 2017
Your people answering the phones have No idea what they are talking about . my car has been declared total loss since 425/2017 & has paid TFS the amount after the deductible & after a week of trying to reach a settlement all I & Allstate gets is a complete run around.
This is totally unacceptable & incompetent .
I expect a response & immediate action to clear up thos mess and settle this. I Do Not have time to play your dumb games
