Toyota Financial - My ScionTC 2012 was declared a Total Loss on April 25 by Allstate Insurance Company. My agent and insurance adjuster has contacted them and they were issued a check on that date. As of May 7, 2017
Your people answering the phones have No idea what they are talking about .my car has been declared total loss since 425/2017 & has paid TFS the amount after the deductible & after a week of trying to reach a settlement all I & Allstate gets is a complete run around.
This is totally unacceptable & incompetent .
I expect a response & immediate action to clear up thos mess and settle this.I Do Not have time to play your dumb games
