Toyota Financial - I can not get an account # or payment book!

I have called the dealer and Toyota financial and have never been given an account number or any type of payment book . The dealer GM will not return calls.
Toyota financial just said to send in a payment to an address. The cashed my check but still have not sent me a payment book or account number.I own two other Toyota autos and like the brand. Also on the financing agreement there is no address to send a payment to.
And when you call the number it is very hard to get thru to a person. I am afraid this will ruin my credit.

I have same problem, I cannot find my account number anywhere, I called toyota and they said its not their problem and asked me to call bank of financial service. Now I been 3 days, trying to call but cannot reach them
You are absolutely right...no one wants to share account number...let you default and then chase !! This is absurd and horrible !
The same thing has happened to me and no one will is helping me. The have all said that it is not there responsibility, from the dealer to the Financial service in Torrance, CA. They are the worst EVER!!!!
