Completely displeased with their service. I work and go to school and in my busy schedule I didn't realize that I had skip a payment. As soon as I realized my mistake I wrote and talked to customer service and promised to make 2 payments this month. They never stopped calling to wait and see if I was going to make good on my promised, which I did. During this whole time, They never stopped calling! They called as many as 10 times a day, Monday-Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

I would hate to see what they do to people that get really behind.

I will not deal with them ever again.

Monetary Loss: $22.
