I was trying to get online and check my account balance and make a payment. Perhaps I've forgotten my password. Now, the phone number on my card isn't any good, and when I get online and look up their numbers, I can't get a human on the end of the line. I did once, and they transferred me to a number that was unavailable at this moment. THIS SUCKS!!! Now, I have to keep typing until I reach 80 *** words. It's like a nightmare, it just keeps... DO NOT ever accept Toyota's extension on payments. They call you and say you are a good customer in great standing and they will extend your payment so you can skip a month because you always pay your bill, what they don't tell you during this call is that they are going to tack on an extra interest rate above and beyond your contract, this information is provide once you think you have paid off your car and ask for your title. My vehicle was stolen on December 4 2015, it is now January 26th, 2016 and I still do not have a new vehicle... Due to totyota financial service incompetent, unreliable, rude, unprofessional staff. It takes a lot for me to get on a write a review. But after dealing with Toyota Financial for 6 months, then having them send me to collections for an amount that the total loss department just did not input into their system I have had it. They have a full payment for the loss, I paid for gap insurance, but they still reported it as a charge off. I refinanced a truck loan I had with Toyota. They received the payoff but continued to take the next payment for a lot of money from my bank account. They agree they owe the money. However they will not give it back without a lengthly and expensive process including a Merchant report from my bank and having to FAX multiple reports to them on a long distance phone number. Most unintelligent people you can ever deal with . I leased a car and paid in full and on time until lease was over and then returned it . They have been reporting the lease as discharged in bankruptcy . I have been trying to get them to correct this for 3 years . They see the account was paid in full and on time until the lease ended . Their customer service experience has been the worst that I've ever experienced. I called about 20 times, so they can send the proper information to GAP and it never happened. It literary took them 2 weeks to fax over some paperwork. When GAP finally received it, half the stuff was missing. They are a joke. It takes you 5-10 mts to answer a phone call and once a service rep is reached, they are no help. For such a big company, the customer... Read more

My family had gotten 8 new vehicles from the Toyota dealer in langhorne PA but when a situation happen Toyota finance doesn't care or value their customers We were in a financial bind due to my husband medical leave from work regardless of proof, and many phone calls to supervisors no one was able to help us They reported to the credit bureau eventhough out of the three cars In my household only one was late Will not work with my family...
