I have never worked with a company so unwilling to work with a consumer, I purchased a vehicle from them and lost my job, I tried to call and get an extension or deferment or just change in due date so I didn't have to be late or get fee's, unwilling to help me in any way period. Customer service phone 866-613-2955 either stays busy signal or advertising automated comes forever with no option to speak to a live person or mention the company's name. It also says number changed but when you call that one, it's the same lady advertising products.

I received a change in terms letter from Comenity Bank which stated that based on the review of my credit report, they have increased my rate from 15.24% to 18.24%. My credit score, which was listed on the same form, was 712. If that's how they treat someone with a very good score, I would hate to see the rate on someone with a less than stellar score. Toyota Financial services an their equally incompetent inept and blatantly idiotic sidekicks Wesbank have managed to bypass all legalities to attempt to have a vehicle attached that not only is paid to date but ahead of scheduled payments. TFS/Toyota has been nothing but a pain to deal with since I started leasing my 2015 Corolla. I was trying to get online and check my account balance and make a payment. Perhaps I've forgotten my password. Now, the phone number on my card isn't any good, and when I get online and look up their numbers, I can't get a human on the end of the line. DO NOT ever accept Toyota's extension on payments. They call you and say you are a good customer in great standing and they will extend your payment so you can skip a month because you always pay your bill, what they don't tell you during this call is that they are going to tack on an extra interest rate above and beyond your contract, this information is provide once you think you have paid off your car and ask for your title. My vehicle was stolen on December 4 2015, it is now January 26th, 2016 and I still do not have a new vehicle... Due to totyota financial service incompetent, unreliable, rude, unprofessional staff. It takes a lot for me to get on a write a review. But after dealing with Toyota Financial for 6 months, then having them send me to collections for an amount that the total loss department just did not input into their system I have had it. They have a full payment for the loss, I paid for gap insurance, but they still reported it as a charge off.
