My family had gotten 8 new vehicles from the Toyota dealer in langhorne PA but when a situation happen Toyota finance doesn't care or value their customers We were in a financial bind due to my husband medical leave from work regardless of proof, and many phone calls to supervisors no one was able to help us They reported to the credit bureau eventhough out of the three cars In my household only one was late Will not work with my family situation Never Again will I buy from Toyota Read more

I leased a Toyota camry top of line had 4 Toyota's before never got registration for NJ. told by Toyota in 7 to 10 days I should get a limited power of attorney go DMV stand in line for hours to correct their mistake What I will do is never get a Toyota! I have contacted Toyota Financial which was no help at all. Don't call on holiday week if you aren't buying a car no one is there. Contacted dealer where I leased the car have yet to hear from anyone from said dealership. Even if I get a Toyota again it won't be from Crestmont Toyota in NJ! Read more

I was charged for a damage of my lease car,which I didn't cause, and which was inspected after 16 days! During all this time my car was sitting on a public parking lot. Everything can happen for 16 fays. I have clear photos of my car with date and time when I dropped it off at the dealership and there was no damage on the car. I was a comaker on a lease for my daughter. My daughter got behind in her payments and it hit my credit report instantly. I decided it would be better for my my credit if I purchased the vehicle. Never in my life have I experienced this much of a lack of communication. My credit union sent a letter of payoff to Toyota last month on the 21st. I've had toyota for a yr and called in every time to let them know when I'd be late for a payment out of courtesy. Know I'm letting them know what my situation they tell they can't help me out and that it depends on your credit. And if I don't make payments by certain date it's going to hit my credit. So that means they don't help thus your credit go down thus they really can't help. Every other bank or financial company has help out when their customers are in need. Legalized loan sharking is what it is like when dealing with Toyota Financial. You are better off using a bank loan or buy from a different company. These sharks lure you in and don't want to make a deal because they prefer getting the interest; high interest they charge. I gave back a 250,000 mile Prius 2007 because they refused to negotiate and let me buy it. The cram down rate was $3,000. I purchased 08 camry dec. 2011 nov 2014 TFS SENT ME A LETTER STATING THEY NEEDED MILAGE BECAUSE LOAN WAS PAID I CALLED TOLD THEM THERE IS A CLERICAL ERROR BECAUSE I STILL OWE ON LOAN. I THREW PAPER WORK AWAY FOR TFS REQUEST OF MILAGE TO ISSUE TITLE I PAID LOAN OF JULY 2014 I GET A TITLE DATED NOV.2014 WITH MILE AGE SHOWING 44112. Don't ever speak to an agent by the name of Amber in reinstatement department. She is rude and has no manners. I don't know if she's on the period everyday or if she's lonely and feels the need to take her anger out on customers through the phone but whatever it is, she has no customer service skills nor professionalism. They need to retrain her so she can understand what customer service exactly is. I've spoken to her over ten different times and every time, she gets worst. Maybe this isn't where she needs to be.
