I purchased the gold plan and when it came to anything breaking, they claimed it was not covered. They basically just claimed it was something other then the actual problem occurring. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY_ It sucks. I spent time telling them the real problem and all they did was say it was another issue. The car is great, but Toyota Financial Services -- what a laugh that name is! -- is truly impossible to deal with. I recently purchased a new car from Toyota and chose to use Toyota Finance Services (TFS) to finance it. I had a question and it took me 4 days (calling several times a day) to actually get through to customer service. This is unreasonable, especially for Toyota which is rolling in money.
